Project Description
2 month project where I was supporting the Usability Testing phase for a Service Design Project for Telstra client in Melbourne Australia.
The project explored customers’ support patterns and how they use self service capabilities through customer home visits and interviews. Using the insights from this research the team developed a series of design principles and service prototypes, which were in turn tested and validated with customers to provide further insights into the viability of the proposed design solutions.
